Starting April 30th, 2015, Moovweb no longer supports git-based deployment of Local SDK projects to the Moovweb Cloud. The platform now provides a version control-agnostic deployment mechanism called Moov Deploy.

You can still use Git for version control management of your projects.

Projects generated with Moovweb 5 and later use the moov deploy command to deploy code to the Moovweb cloud. Of course, you may choose to use Git for your local version control, and we recommend using a version control system, but Git is no longer required to work with Moovweb.
